Creator of SLAM

Ashley Nowe is a mom of four, stepmom of two, and a pregnancy and postpartum fitness specialist and certified nutritionist. Inspired by her own twin pregnancy recovery journey, Ashley created the Strong Like a Mother program to help women regain their strength, health and confidence postpartum.
