Creator of SLAM

Ashley Nowe is a mom of four, stepmom of two and a pregnancy and postpartum fitness specialist. Inspired by her own twin pregnancy and recovery journey, Ashley created the Strong Like a Mother program to help women  regain their strength, health and confidence postpartum.
